ACCEPTANCE ACTION TRAINING
A powerful life-changing training that achieves the benefits listed on the home page.
The web-based version of the training called Positive Mind Training is presented by Abicord.
Positive Mind Training comprises:
- A 20 minute introductory stand-alone webinar teaching:
- Dealing with uncomfortable feelings and unproductive desires;
- Another prime Acceptance Action tool that alone can resolve most mind-based issues, and develop a powerful mindset.
For a short time only, we are pleased to make this webinar available free. Click here to see further details and to register.
- Five further 20 minute webinars offered at the end of the introductory stand-alone webinar. The five webinars in total provide a full web-based Acceptance Action Training. There’s a temporary deposit for the five ‘follow-up’ webinars which is guaranteed to be recovered within a month of completing the training. In the highly unlikely event this doesn’t occur, your temporary deposit will be refunded, through a mechanism introduced during the training, if you request a refund within six weeks of completing the training. Or if you don’t achieve all the promised benefits, your temporary deposit will be refunded if you request a refund within 4 weeks of completing the training.
Acceptance Action Coaching
Qualified Acceptance Action Coaches can provide one-to-one support to help you achieve your goals following, or in place of, a web-based, or seminar-based, Acceptance Action Training.
See above for details of a free Acceptance Action Training webinar.

Acceptance Action Therapy (AAT)
AAT is an enhanced form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). It can be used alone or in combination with CBT or other therapies. It’s highly effective and achieves a much more rapid and sustained resolution of mind-based issues. A list of common issues is provided on the left of this page.
Qualified Acceptance Action Therapists can provide Acceptance Action tools on a one-to-one basis.
Or they can provide one-to-one support to help you resolve any remaining issues following a web-based, or seminar-based, Acceptance Action Training.

Other Trainings
There are some optional further Acceptance Action trainings. If you haven’t yet watched all five ‘Positive Mind Training’ webinars, or attended an alternative seminar-based Acceptance Action Training, or non-English webinar-based training, approved by AAACTT, we highly recommend you do so. They teach psychological tools everyone can use to lead a better life.

PMT FORUMS
If you’ve watched the Intro Positive Mind Training webinar but not the full Positive Mind Training course, we encourage you to join the free ‘Amazing Lives For All’ forum (a facebook group). This free forum is a means for Intro graduates to share experiences with the tools learned in the Intro webinar, reinforce those leanings, provide and receive support and learn more. Click here to join.
If you’ve watched the full 6-webinar ‘Positive Mind Training’ course, or an equivalent seminar-based training, you’re strongly encouraged to join the ‘PMT Graduates’ forum (another facebook group). This forum is a means for PMT graduates to share experiences, reinforce the PMT learnings, provide and receive support and learn more. Abicord uses this forum to provide support, give further training and interview other experts in related fields. There’s a cost of membership of £10 (US$13) per month. That’s currently discounted (for life) to £5 (US$ 6.50) if you join now. Click here to join.
